Weekend Recap

The weekend is almost over. This is how I feel about it.

 

I’m not happy. Boo!!

Anyways, I’m not really sure why I’m doing a weekend recap. I didn’t do anything.

That’s a lie – I didn’t do anything I really WANTED to do. That’s more like it.

Anyways, Friday was pretty fun. After work, I went out to the ‘burbs to Gina’s place and hung out with some ladies that I used to work with. Such a fun night! Lots of wine, spinach dip and girl talk to go around! I ended up staying at Gina’s pretty late and then going home. I made the mistake of checking in at the office at my work (like I always do the night before I work to make sure it’s not going to be too busy) and found out a lady in the building died. Super sad! I’m not super great with thinking about death, so it took me quite a bit to fall asleep.

Then Saturday I worked all day (it was dead so I was pretty active on Pinterest – ha) and came home and tried the fit test for Insanity. HOLY CRAP. Moral of the story – I am out of shape. I spent the rest of the night making up a budget (I’m broke), laundry and boring stuff like that. Woo, adulthood?

Sunday was more work (and Pinterest) but it was pretty active in the office today so that was good. Then, grocery shopping (now I’m even more broke), started some chili in the crockpot, ate and did the first true day of Insanity. All I can say is OWWWWWWW.
